As a competitive and innovative company, we constantly reinforce the Government’s policy to upgrade and apply international standards. All employees are well-trained and have been certified by National Skills and Re-development Skills (NSRS). Receiving the NSRS and Certification Centre Award has marked another milestone for our journey. We are BCA registered and ISO Certified Co. A member of EMAS.

Milestones
Receiving the NSRS Training and Certification Centre  award has marked another milestone in our journey.
Shiners started humbly enough as a cleaning and maintenance company in 1990. We had one project in our wing and looked to build our reputation in a niche market within the residential maintenance community. We had a BCA L5 certification and this fledgling company, under the guidance of Managing Director Mr. John Selvan, left its first impression in the industry.
Today, more than 18 years later, Shiners has its footprints all over the island with successful projects. And having made our name initially in the residential (condominium) sector, shiners invariably expanded and diversified into all sectors within the cleaning and maintenance industry. With over 90 unique projects under our supervision, Shiners track record speaks for itself within the community. The future looks bright under a capable team in management who is constantly looking to grow and improve their services. |
